Christopher Thompson was born on April 23, 1950 was my dad. He was a quiet man, understated. He was everything to me and my little brother and my mum. He was our rock. He was the kindest man imaginable and he did everything for us. Words just don't come close to describing the impact his loss has had on us. He was massively important in our village football teams and valued sportsmanship and fairness. He was the secretary and the coach, and now my 15 year old brother has to do all his sport without his dad. Without my dad my world has collapsed. I would give anything to have him back for 10 minutes. Just a cuddle.
